Ask us about your listing
What kind of businesses can list?

Ice cream manufacturers, distributors, shops and parlours can submit a listing, alongside caterers, hospitality businesses and trade suppliers. The directory also covers cold storage, equipment, cones, cups, toppings, packaging and serving utensils. Choose the category that best describes what you offer.

What should I include in my listing?

Start with your business name, category, state and city. Explain your products or services, service area and any minimum requirements in the description. You can also select the brands and flavours you offer. A contact person, business email and phone number help our team follow up on your submission.

Will my listing appear immediately?

Listings need review before publication. In the app, open My business, save your details and choose Send for review. Your introduction appears publicly only after approval. You can follow its status in your dashboard and contact the team if you need help.

Are my phone number and email public?

The contact details you provide stay with the Ice Cream Wala team. Buyers request information through us. Keep phone numbers, email addresses and other contact details out of your public business description.

How can a listing help my business grow?

A clear listing gives people another way to discover and understand your business. Location, category and product information help visitors assess whether you suit their needs. The opportunity comes from being relevant and easy to understand; a listing does not guarantee enquiries or orders.

Who confirms prices, stock and delivery?

Your business confirms product availability, pack sizes, minimum quantities, pricing, delivery and payment arrangements with the buyer. Ice Cream Wala helps start the conversation; an enquiry itself is not a confirmed order or booking.
